Upcoming Events

Timothy & Gina Plummer

Northern Nevada Director | Admin. Assistant

Support Timothy
My name is Timothy Plummer, and I was born and raised in Carson City, NV. My wife, Gena, and I have been married since 2004 and we have four children: Anthony, Kaitlynn, Grace, and Asher.

I began volunteering with FCA in 2016, quickly developing a passion for sharing the Gospel with students in our community and on school campuses. In 2018, I joined FCA as an Area Rep, and in 2022, I became the Area Director for Carson/Douglas and Gena joined our staff as an Admin Assistant. My focus shifted toward equipping and empowering others to serve in ministry, and in December 2024, I was honored to answer God’s call to serve as the Northern Nevada Director. I am excited to continue growing the ministry and expanding our reach to every campus and city in Northern Nevada.

Henthe Heinze

 Area Representative: FCA Adventure

Support Henthe
Henthe grew up on a ranch in South Africa, and at a young age it was the example of her Netball coach that led her to make the conscious decision to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus.

Henthe attended the University of Port Elizabeth (now called the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University) where she was a two sport athlete in Netball and Track. After college she came to the US on a Work Exchange program which eventually led her to meet her husband, Scott. They traveled the world together teaching English, and eventually settled down in Reno in 2005.

With her kids “grown up” her heart’s desire was to share God’s love and grace with young people full-time and God called her to serve with FCA. She serves as a chaplain for women’s sport at UNR as well as several high schools in the area.

Scott and Henthe have two children, Orion and Riette. She loves the outdoors, backpacking, paddle boarding and game nights with family and friends and enjoy sharing all of this with the women she minister to.

Kaitlyn Browning

Area Representative

Support Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn was raised in Douglas County, NV. After graduating from Douglas High School in 2016, it was the influence of her best friend that led her to submit to Jesus as her Lord and savior at 19 years old. Having been greatly impacted by her peers at a young age, Kaitlyn has a passion for helping other young women use their influence to show their peers the love of Christ and boldly proclaim His Gospel. Kaitlyn now joyfully serves the community she was raised in.

Kaitlyn loves backpacking, swimming, and anything that gets her out into God's beautiful creation! She enjoys sharing these experiences with family, friends, and students alike.
